We recently completed a full replacement of UPVC fascia boards and guttering on a property in Prestatyn, North Wales. The existing timber fascias had deteriorated over time and the guttering was no longer performing as it should, leading to the need for a full upgrade.
We started by removing the old fascia boards and gutter system, exposing the roofline so we could check the condition of the rafters and ends. Any damaged sections were repaired before installing new UPVC fascia boards, ensuring a straight and secure finish along the full length of the property.
New guttering and downpipes were then fitted, aligned correctly to allow proper water flow and drainage. We used durable UPVC materials for both the fascias and gutters, as they are low maintenance, weather resistant, and designed to last for many years without the need for painting or regular upkeep.
The finished result has given the property a clean and tidy roofline while improving overall performance. Rainwater is now directed away efficiently, helping to prevent damp issues and protecting the structure. This type of upgrade is a reliable solution for homeowners looking to avoid ongoing roof repairs North Wales.
