After receiving a crazy quote from another trader I decided to ask KJB for a quote, sure enough the next day Kieran popped round and later that day I had a quote which was very reasonable. Kieran has been a pleasure to deal with, always communicating when he was coming and turning up on time. The job itself looks great and instead of a crumbling verge it all looks smart and tidy. Will have no hesitation in using KJB again.

Turned up when they said, brilliant hard working guys who were very efficient at their jobs. Kieran made a point of talking me through all aspects of the jobs they were doing and at the end gave me a fully itemized bill that we went through together. We were impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves and also their van and sign written shirts gave a nice professional look. The two promotional mugs they gave us was a nice finishing touch.

KJB Roofing Specialists Ltd provide an excellent service Kieran is very honest and reliable showing me pictures of my roof and talking me through everything that needed doing. They even cleaned up all the moss that they had hand scraped off the roof - leaving my garden cleaner than it was before they started. Would certainly recommend them.

High winds ripped the fascia boards off our gable end. Phoned a couple of roofers who were less than interested. One said it would be a scaffolding job. Called KJB on Saturday, Kieran came out first thing Monday to assess and quoted the same day. I had a cheaper quote the next day but decided to go with Kieran as he came across as knowledgeable and eager to get the job done quickly - which is what you want when your roof is exposed. And indeed the job was done on the Thursday. The guys worked hard all day in horrible weather conditions and it looks to be a good job. Recommended!!

Great bunch of lads, arrived when they said they would be great communication inbetween. Found a couple of extra issues whilst on the roof which he didn't charge extra for which is amazing. Did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves, can't ask for better and would definitely recommend. With regards to price, excellent price and showed me evidence of the work that was needed making sure I didn't feel ripped off at all. 5*

Highly recommend this company. Efficient, prompt, polite, knowledgeable and a fair competitive price. Roof was watertight before they left on day one and as promised they were back on site following day to finish off. Will certainly use them again when replacing a flat roof area next year.

First of all we appreciated quote supported by photo evidence of rotten batons and clear specification of what work and materials the quote covers and the timescale of the repair. Once we agreed to go ahead, the job was done as specified quickly and neatly. The workmen were friendly, polite and left the site as tidy as they found it.

Absolutely fantastic job can’t fault these guys at all - Kieren identified the cause of this longstanding problem immediately. He gave an excellent quote almost instantly and then completed the work as a priority. Prompt arrival as arranged, effective and polite team would recommend to anyone. Kieran has recently repaired a roof and chimney on my rental property. Living 4 hours away is difficult to monitor building works but Kieran took daily photos and videos of the progress and kept in touch with me daily. Very professional. Great job done. Sadly for me I still have more repairs that need doing and I have no doubt Kieran will do a great job there too. Thank you.
