We recently completed a chimney stack removal on a property in Pensarn, North Wales. The existing chimney was no longer in use and had started to show signs of deterioration, creating a risk to the roof structure and surrounding tiles.
Our team carefully dismantled the chimney stack down to roof level, ensuring all debris was safely removed from site. The roof was then rebuilt in line with the existing structure, with new timbers fitted where required and the tiled area reinstated to match the rest of the roof.
We used matching roof tiles and quality roofing materials to ensure a seamless finish and maintain the integrity of the roof. All work was carried out to ensure the area was fully sealed and weatherproof, preventing any future issues with water ingress.
The completed work has removed the risk associated with the old chimney and created a clean, uniform roofline. This type of project is a common part of roofing North Wales work, helping homeowners avoid ongoing problems that could lead to costly roof repairs North Wales or full roof replacement North Wales.
